Little Red Dress

What I’m Wearing Today – #00td – McQ– AW 16

I love the detail on this dress. The draping is very forgiving, particularly if you’re on a big night out involving a large meal. The diamante on the collar is beautiful – the picture actually doesn’t do it justice.

McQ AW 16The collar is diamante studded.

This dress is very easy to dress up, or dress down. I’m currently wearing it with smart pixi boots from Sam Edelman. Later this evening I’ll dress it up by putting on a pair of black patent pumps (probably from Clarks Shoes – I struggle in heels these days sadly).

Red is easy to wear whatever your skin tone or hair colour. And, let’s face it, who doesn’t feel empowered when they’re wearing a red dress?

I’ve scoured the Internet and despite this dress being relatively new I can’t find it anywhere. Sorry! If it hits www.theoutnet .com anytime soon I’ll let you know.

In the meantime here’s some other red dresses I’m swooning over.
